To be eligible for a refund, you must:

What we will refund We will refund your payment if any of the following applies:

  • you cannot access the download after a reasonable attempt and you contact support within the window, or

  • you made a duplicate purchase.

What is not refundable We do not provide refunds when:

  • the request is made after the 7-day window,

  • the refund request is based on third-party approval outcomes (since we do not guarantee approval),

  • there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or redistribution of the product.

Access after refunds If a refund is issued, your access may be revoked and you must delete any copies you downloaded.
